TLILIC2001 Licence to operate a forklift truck

To operate a forklift truck, you need a LF high-risk work licence. Duration 3 days.

A forklift truck equipped with a mast and an elevating load carriage with a pair of fork arms or other attachments (LF).

Requirements

  • Participants must wear steel capped footwear. STO can provide Hi Visibility Clothing and Hard Hats. For any specific PPE requirements please contact STO
  • Participants must provide 100 points of Identity and be a minimum of 18 years of age. Please see evidence of identity form
  • English language skills need to be sufficient to understand and comprehend written and verbal instructions
  • Numeracy skills are needed to interpret calculations and formulas

Content

  • Communicate and work safely with others in the work area.
  • Hazard ID and Risk Assessment
  • Conduct routine checks
  • Operate the forklift truck and move loads safely
  • Shut down and secure the forklift truck

Certification

On successful completion of this course, participants will be issued with a Notice of Satisfactory Assessment for Licence to operate a forklift truck – TLILIC 2001 by a Safe Work NSW Accredited Assessor

HRWL Application

Participants have 60 days to process there Notice of Satisfactory at a NSW post office, also a passport photo will need to be provided.
