To perform intermediate scaffold work, you need a SI high-risk work licence.
Scaffolding work is the erection, alteration or dismantling of a temporary structure erected to support a platform from which a person or object could fall more than 4 metres from the platform or structure. Duration 5 days.
Pre-requisite: Licence to erect, alter and dismantle scaffold basic (SB).
Requirements
- Participants must wear steel capped footwear. STO can provide Hi Visibility Clothing and Hard Hats. For any specific PPE requirements please contact STO
- Participants must provide 100 points of Identity and be a minimum of 18 years of age. Please see evidence of identity form
- English language skills need to be sufficient to understand and comprehend written and verbal instructions
- Numeracy skills are needed to interpret calculations and formulas

- Cantilevered crane platforms
- Cantilevered spurred scaffolds
- Barrow ramps and sloping scaffolds
- Safety screens and shutters
- Mast climbers
- Tube and coupler scaffold
Certification
On successful completion of this course, participants will be issued with a Notice of Satisfactory Assessment for Licence to erect, alter and dismantle scaffold intermediate - CPCCLSF 3001A by a Safe Work NSW Accredited Assessor
HRWL Application
Participants have 60 days to process there Notice of Satisfactory at a NSW post office, also a passport photo will need to be provided.
